Who we are
Aonix Studio is a design and development studio. Mykhailo Vorona handles UX/UI design, and Jacob Sihul works on full-stack development. We build custom websites for small business. We work remotely from Ukraine and Kenya, which means your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. We handle it with the same care either way — see the sections below for exactly what we collect and how long we keep it.
This policy explains what happens to your information when you contact us through this website. If you have any questions about it, you can reach us at hello@aonixstudio.com.
What information we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us. When you fill in the contact form on this site, we receive your name, your email address, and the message you write.
We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies that follow you around the web. We do not collect your IP address, browsing history, or any information you have not deliberately given us.
How we use your information
We use your details for one purpose: to reply to you and to discuss a possible project. That's it.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or add you to a marketing list. If you contact us and we never work together, your information simply sits unused until it is deleted.
Where your data is stored
Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, and delivered to our email inbox hosted by Zoho Mail. Both providers store data on their own servers and have their own privacy policies, which we recommend reading if you want the full technical picture.
The website itself is hosted on Vercel. Our domain is registered through Namecheap.
How long we keep it
We keep your message for as long as our conversation is ongoing, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch.
If we don't work together and there is no reason to keep your details, we delete them. You can also ask us to delete them at any point, and we will.
Your rights
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR gives you the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it if it's wrong, to have it deleted, and to object to how we use it.
You don't need to fill in a form or follow a process. Email hello@aonixstudio.com and tell us what you want done. We'll handle it and confirm when it's finished.
